Cookie Policy

Here we describe how Calctivo uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies — and how you can control settings in your browser.
What are cookies and local storage?
Cookies are small text files a website may store in your browser. Local storage works in a similar way and can hold settings on your device. Both are commonly used to remember preferences or keep a service working properly.
Current status
Today we mainly use functional local storage. If we enable advertising or analytics we will update this page and provide appropriate consent where the law requires it.
Technology we use
| Type | Purpose | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Essential / functional | Language choice and core site functionality. | Needed for the site to work; consent is normally not required. |
| Advertising (future) | If we show ads (e.g. Google AdSense), third parties may set cookies to deliver ads and measure performance. | Requires consent under EU rules before such cookies are enabled. |
| Analytics (future) | Anonymous or pseudonymous statistics about page usage to improve content and performance. | Requires consent unless strictly anonymised. |
How to manage cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of Calctivo may not work as intended (for example language choice). See your browser’s help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, and others.
More about personal data
Cookies can sometimes involve processing of personal data. Read our privacy policy for how we handle data and your rights.
